By downloading, installing, or using PracticalKit ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
Description of Service
PracticalKit is a desktop application that provides AI-powered file management and content generation capabilities. The Software connects to third-party AI services (such as OpenAI) using API keys you provide.

Your Responsibilities

API Keys: You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys for third-party services. Any costs incurred through these services are your responsibility.

Data: You are responsible for your files and data. We recommend maintaining backups of important files.

- Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Violate the terms of service of connected third-party APIs
- Infringe on the rights of others

- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

Alpha Software Notice
PracticalKit is currently in alpha. This means:
- The Software may contain bugs or errors
- Features may change or be removed without notice
- Data formats may change between versions
- The Software may not be suitable for production or critical use cases
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Software at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
